Paper-based inspection and defect registers can be inconvenient when sharing and organising documents. The SES Inspection and Maintenance app offered the agency a mobile mobile solution to the inspection registers used by volunteers throughout NSW. It also offered operation staff with a real-time status of every piece of equipment owned by the agency.
The SES app removes the need for paper-based registers through a completely new mobile app and administration portal that shares all required information with those who require it.
